Michael P. Schnabel
Prior to selling his firm to CB Richard Ellis Corporate, Michael owned and operated the CB Richard Ellis Reno/Tahoe commercial brokerage firm. Previously, Michael worked as a developer of industrial properties for Trainor & Associates in Reno and as an investment property broker at Marcus & Millichap in San Francisco. In addition, Michael has valuable corporate finance experience earned at the Wall Street firms of Kidder, Peabody & Co. in San Francisco and Merrill, Lynch & Co. in Washington, DC. Michael is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Schnabel Foundation Company, a national design-build construction company based in Washington DC.

Tilio G. Lagatta
Tilio founded, owned and operated a real estate investment company, which has acquired and repositioned in excess of 100 million dollars of multifamily and commercial assets in California, Nevada, Oklahoma and Virginia. Tilio brings a strong background in corporate finance to the team with seven years of experience in high yield bond trading and research as well as corporate finance earned at Jefferies & Company, Inc. In addition, Tilio has experience from the buy side of the capital market which he gained while with Wilshire Asset Management.

Albert A. Brenner
Prior to selling the firm to Riverstone Residential Group, the largest multifamily real estate services company in America, Al and partners owned and operated Stratus Real Estate, Inc.; which served a 2.5 billion dollar portfolio of multifamily assets comprised of approximately 25,000 units and 750 employees in California, Hawaii, Nevada and Arizona. Al earned valuable experience while with CAS Partners (parent company to Riverstone) as a member of the M&A team to execute a national role-up business plan for multifamily real estate services. Additionally, Al and partners have also acquired and repositioned in excess of $200m of multifamily and hospitality assets. Additionally, Al serves as Advisory Board member and Board of Director member for real estate and technology-real estate firms.
