Blackfire was officially founded in 2006, but our team brings a combined 60 years of experience in real estate investment, development and management, and combined real estate portfolio valued at nearly $300 million. Blackfire’s in-depth knowledge of capital markets combined with our disciplined focus on underwriting and operational expertise enables us to structure partnerships and investments to optimize value for all stakeholders.
